  • Used, worn, or washed items.
  • Custom or personalized products.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Provide clear images/videos as proof of the issue.
  • Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
