- The wrong item was received.

- Used, worn, or washed items.
- Custom or personalized products.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Provide clear images/videos as proof of the issue.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Process
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
