CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may cancel orders within 12 hours of placement.
• To request a cancellation, email support@graphicglam.com with your order details.
• After 12 hours, cancellations are not possible as orders enter production.

2. Cancellation by GraphicGlam

We may cancel orders for:

• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Pricing or inventory errors.
• Payment issues.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
